Electric heat strip applied to the fresh and gray water tanks. All plumbing is double insulated.

Oil Extraction

Offers you the abiity to filter your cooking oil, extract into a holding tank under the truck for safe travel, and the option to dispose or pump back into fryer.

TV/Menu board options as well as speakers, cameras, DVR, HDMI, CAT5, WiFi, and many more options.

Touch Screen POS

Touch screen embedded near service window for customer use. Smart phone application can be added for offsite or advance ordering.
